Prices
All prices published on QuotaNatura website include VAT. Prices, products and characteristic published on the site may change without notice.
Image Descriptions
All product descriptions and technical details published on the site are correct and updated to the company’s best knowledge.
The images are photographs of the real products touched up to offer a better view of the product on the website, therefore they may differ slightly in colour or small details from the purchased product.
Order Acceptance
Without prejudice to the following dispositions, orders shall be deemed accepted only after QuotaNatura sends an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the order (normally within a few minutes) and this is correctly received by the customer.
Product Availability
QuotaNatura shall send the items ordered by the customer, and available in stock, within the shortest time possible, but no sooner than 24/48 hours after the order is confirmed.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days; once shipped, deliveries are estimated within 24/48 hours, except in areas the carrier considers “difficult to reach”. Delivery times are 1/2 working days from shipment, from Monday to Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a code or a link to follow the status of your order on the carrier’s website. Please note that delivery times may be affected by delays imputable to the carrier, especially during festive periods. Delays will not be imputable to QuotaNatura.
All our products are packed with care and shipped using the quickest and safest methods.
National shipments are made via a standard service carrier.
Deliveries are made within 24/48 hours from receiving the payment (as long as the product is available). Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.
To avoid delays and/or any extra charges, customers are kindly requested to provide a delivery address at which someone will be available to collect the package.
When receiving the product, customers must check that the parcel is perfectly sealed and undamaged and that the number of parcels delivered matches the number of parcels expected. If parcels are delivered open or damaged or if any parcels are missing, customers must immediately inform the carrier; if not, the items received will be considered regularly delivered.
Any storage charges will be met by the buyer.
QuotaNatura will cover storage charges only if it is responsible for communicating the wrong shipment details to the carrier.
Payments
QuotaNatura offers only the safest payment methods. Payments may be made via PayPal or debit/credit card. The available options will be shown on the form on which the order is submitted.
Paypal: pay using your PayPal account, if you already have one. By selecting this option you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will complete the payment process and will then automatically return to our website.
Debit/Credit Card: you may pay using your debit or credit card. By selecting this option you will be redirected to the page on which you will be asked to enter your card details.
