Refund policy
Buyers may cancel their order only if they have a change of heart, not if the item is damaged or lost during transport (in these cases, shipment rules apply).
How to return an item:
To return an unwanted item, please contact QuotaNatura Customer Services to request authorisation to return the item. QuotaNatura reserves the right not to accept items returned without prior notification form the customer, i.e. unauthorised returns.
The product received is different from the product ordered:
If the product received is different from the product ordered, please contact QuotaNatura Customer Services who will arrange to collect the item as soon as possible, free of charges. The correct item will be sent as soon as possible.
I don’t like the product I received, what can I do?
If you don’t like the product you received, please contact Customer Services to request authorisation to return the item. Once authorised, you may return the item at your own cost. Once the returned item is received, its conditions will be checked and a refund will be processed within 30 days. Items returned in unacceptable conditions will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent.
Faulty items:
Should you receive a faulty item, please contact QuotaNatura Customer Services and you will be provided with all the information on how to proceed. To help solve the problem or replace the item in the shortest time possible, please describe all defects in detail.
Important information:
The refund or substitution of the item will be processed within 30 days from receiving the returned item. QuotaNatura will process the return within the shortest possible time.
Items returned, for whatever reason (change of heart, wrong item, faulty item, etc.), in unacceptable conditions will not be refunded.
The name and address of the sender and the receiver must be clearly indicated on the package or box containing the returned item. The receiver should be:
